I ate my first salad when I was 33.  My wife invented a dressing that made me a salad lover. Exclusively at Satchel's: The Satch Salad. 

My wife enrolled me in a community ed stained glass class soon after we were married in 1998. Many years later I am making these windows for fun. 

I was born in Gainesville, but grew up mostly in Jacksonville until after high school. In 1986 I attended UF. After some years of travel I kept returning to Gainesville as the place I wanted to call home. 

I'm an artist who fell in love with pizza as a teenager working at the local Italian restaurant. My life's ambition has always been to have a pizzeria but also to make a living as an artist. I have found both things to be my calling.
